From the M1 Junction 28. From this junction, take the A38 towards Derby. After 2 or 3 miles join the A615 ( s p Matlock). Follow the Matlock signs until you come into Tansley. Go past Matlock Garden Centre and follow the road down past the 'Tavern at Tansley' to the bottom of the hill and turn right into Church Street. Go through the village, along through open countryside into Lant Lane. Go along the lane about 600 yards, past 6 bungalows on the left, then turn left.
