No - the park is a holiday park with a holiday license.

When does the park open?

The caravans are open from 15th March, until 13th December. The leisure lodges until 15th January.

Do you have tent and touring facilities?

Sorry, no.

Is there security on the park?

Yes - the owners live on-site and during the closed season the gates are locked and access is by appointment only.

How long can my holiday home remain at Sycamore?

Any new caravan has a lease of 12 Years and a lodge 38 Years.

Are dogs allowed on the park?

Yes - providing that they are on a lead.

Do you permit sub-letting?

No, we do not - usage is limited to family and friends only.

Can we bring our own caravan onto your park?

No - caravans are supplied by Sycamore only.

Do you have a club, shop or playground?

No - but plenty of peace and tranquility instead!
